Privacy.

• Your profile identifiers. A LinkedIn profile slug, an Instagram handle, or both, depending on which you gave us. We never fetch anything from either service, so we hold nothing from either profile itself.
• Your form details. We save what you fill in when you submit your listing.
• Your photo, if you add one. Your original photo is temporarily stored while it is resized to a square and stripped of its metadata, which can include where the photo was taken. The processed copy is public with your listing. We delete the original after processing. If that deletion fails, the original may remain as an unlinked file in storage. We do not run facial recognition or any other identity check on your photo. If you remove your photo on its own, we delete the stored copy.
• Your payments. Amount, time and the reference our payment provider gives us.
• Clicks on your listing. Counted, so the number on your listing is real. We record which listing was opened and when. A temporary browser-session cookie prevents the same listing action from being counted twice in one session.

• Cashfree processes payments and receives whatever you give them at checkout. Their privacy policy governs that, not ours.
• Our hosting provider handles the requests, and like any host keeps short-lived server logs.
• Vercel Blob stores the processed photos described above, on the same infrastructure that hosts this site.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising. There is no third party we send your data to for their own purposes.

Write to us on the contact page and your listing is hidden from the board immediately.

We keep the removed listing details and its stored photo for up to 180 days to handle reports, disputes and payment related questions. We then delete the listing record and stored photo. Payment and accounting records may be kept longer where law requires.

Removing a listing does not refund it. That is set out in the rules before you pay.

This board is for adults working or looking for work. You must be 18 or over to list, and you confirm that before paying. We do not knowingly hold information about anyone younger. If you think we have information about someone younger, write to us.

If what we collect changes, this page changes first and the date at the top moves.
