Rules.

Your position is determined by the total amount paid. There is no algorithm, no votes and no editor. Paying more than the listing above you is the only way to rank higher

The main board is cumulative and never resets, so what you pay adds up over time. The weekly ladder counts only what you have paid since midnight IST on Monday, and starts level again at that exact moment every week.

Moving up costs the difference, not the whole amount. If you are on ₹100 and the listing above you is on ₹140, you pay ₹41 to pass them, not ₹141.

If two listings hold the same total, the one that got there first ranks higher.

• Your own LinkedIn, your own Instagram, or both. One of the two is required and it is your choice which. Not a colleague's or a client's.
• An Instagram link can be your profile, or one of your own posts or Reels if that is the thing you want people to land on. Nothing else: no link-in-bio pages and no other destinations.
• You must be 18 or over.
• A photo is optional. If you add one it has to be yours to use. A real photo of you, your brand or your company.
• One line about yourself, 80 characters, plain text. No links, phone numbers, email addresses or WhatsApp, Telegram and Discord invites. Your row already links to your profile.
• No vulgar, abusive, hateful or illegal language or content.
• No fee-charging placement services, guaranteed-job offers or anything asking for an upfront payment for training, registration or a background check.
• Listings start at ₹9. There is no maximum. Sponsoring an existing listing starts at ₹1.
• Anyone may sponsor an existing listing by adding to its total. Sponsorship does not mean the person shown approved or paid for it.

Tagging yourself as hiring is allowed, and nothing about it is verified. Everyone who clicks a hiring listing is told so. If you are recruiting for a company you do not work for, do not list here.

Your position is worked out when the payment completes, not when you start it. If someone passes you while you are on the payment screen, you land wherever your amount reaches at that moment.

Payments are final and are not refunded. That includes if your listing is later reported and taken down.

There is no approval queue. You appear the moment the payment is confirmed.

Anyone can report a listing. A person reads every report. Nothing is taken down automatically at any volume of reports. Somebody paid for that spot, and reporting needs no account, so a click alone is not the whole process. If a report is upheld the listing comes down and the money is not returned.

We can refuse or remove any listing, for any reason. If we remove one that has not broken these rules, it is eligible for a refund. We review eligible refunds manually and initiate approved refunds through Cashfree to the original payment method. Write to us through the contact page to request one.

Your wording cannot be edited after it is live. Text that is on the board stays as submitted, and sponsoring does not replace it.

We may add, remove or change these rules, prices, categories and features at any time. The current version is always published here before it applies to a new payment. The rules shown at checkout stay attached to that payment.
